Field- The fences have been completed. Two new field plane benches were built and a third is partially completed. George Estes put a down payment on the carport, total cost will be $1000 installed. The carport will be 18’ by 21’ by 7’ high. The ground area for the carport has been partially completed but needs to be smoothed out and leveled. George has been playing phone tag with the electric company regarding having power installed. George estimates that a 20 breaker 125 amp box will cost about $150. We will have to install an 8” by 8” pole for the box. Mowing charges have been increased to $40 because of the added area and the difficulty mowing around the fences and benches.
Shows- The Concord Baptist Church show is still set for Friday June 15 at 6:30 pm. Thus far 6 members have volunteered to show planes. The church will supply and set up all the tables we need for the display. The event will start at 6:30 pm. Please try to be there at 6:00 pm to set up the display. The display will be in the area between the church and the gym.
